What you will do

• Provide KC-135 Pilot procedures instruction in aircraft, classrooms, and simulator environments.
• Deliver training for Visual Threat Recognition Avoidance (VTRAT) and Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and review curriculum for new type courses.
• Conduct ground training for crewmembers, including diagnosis and remediation of student issues.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, record keeping, and monitoring student progress.
• Maintain proficiency in the operation of essential KC-135 Aircrew Training Devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 8 years total flying experience, including 5 years military experience.
• At least 2 years of KC-135 Pilot flight instructor and training management experience.
• Completion of a formal USAF Instructor training course.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
