What you will do

• Manage training and educational programs for internal teams and DoD customer organizations.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to identify training needs and develop corresponding strategies.
• Analyze and implement the most effective training mediums and methods for diverse groups.
• Administer and report on the "train the trainer" program to expand internal capabilities.
• Evaluate third-party training vendors and coordinate delivery when necessary.
• Monitor enrollment and report on training program effectiveness to leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, HR, IT, or related field.
• Six years of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in the government sector.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Experience with instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
