What you will do

• Deliver simulator and classroom instruction for licenses, type ratings, and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings according to hirify.global standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and recommend remedial training when required.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the development and maintenance of curricula and courseware.
• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused learning environment.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
• Authorized to live and work in the United States
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Must participate in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
• Physical dexterity for hand-eye coordination and ability to work in confined spaces for 4–6 hours
