What you will do

• Manage new hire onboarding, including offer letters, I-9s, background checks, and CBP credentialing.
• Coordinate weekly shift schedules and track attendance for GSE operators.
• Oversee office assets, including PPE, laptops, and vehicle registration.
• Maintain employee records and serve as a resource for benefits questions.
• Provide administrative support to leadership through reporting and calendar management.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in HR support, office coordination, or administrative roles.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
• Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential data.
