What you will do

• Design, administer, and manage global benefits programs end-to-end.
• Lead annual benefits renewals, market reviews, and open enrollment processes.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and external benefits vendors.
• Partner with the Head of Total Rewards to develop and evolve the global benefits strategy.
• Support benefits implementation and administration as the company expands into new countries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee benefits questions and escalations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing employee benefits, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
• Deep expertise in U.S. employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement.
• Experience leading annual renewals and open enrollment programs.
• Proven ability to manage brokers, carriers, consultants, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret utilization, enrollment, and cost data.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience managing international benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of PEO, EOR, and international payroll providers.
• Familiarity with Rippling, Sequoia, or similar benefits administration platforms.
• Experience supporting highly competitive technical talent populations.
