Salary: $108,000 – $130,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Own and improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee all employment-based immigration processes and partner with external counsel.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage office operations and administrative HR functions to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Use data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on operations.
• Proven experience managing immigration processes in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and mentoring HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
