TL;DR

Strategy & Development Manager (Fintech): Scaling and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) execution for revenue teams with an accent on translating product strategy into actionable plans. Focus on driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Pricing, and Legal teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $164,000 - $245,000

What you will do

  • Translate product strategy into actionable go-to-market plans for Revenue teams.
  • Drive alignment between Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue teams for GTM execution.
  • Coordinate field and launch readiness efforts to ensure materials and processes are aligned.
  • Establish feedback loops between frontline teams and Product/Marketing to improve positioning and packaging.
  • Analyze data and field insights to shape strategic recommendations and measure launch success.
  • Monitor for risks and gaps during product launches, escalating issues to stakeholders for resolution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, enablement, or consulting.
  • Experience in Fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of translating high-level product strategy into frontline execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management across seniority levels.
  • Must be based in the United States.
