Location: Bee Cave, TX (commuting distance required) — 3 days in-office and 1 day remote (hybrid).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification to sale closure, including qualification, deal development, quotations, and contracting.
  • Make outbound calls and run virtual product demonstrations to sell RepairLogic and EstimateIQ using a transactional and solution-based approach.
  • Assess and manage the assigned territory, execute sales plans, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain customer activity and develop relationships to sell package upgrades and add-on opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for post-sale onboarding and ensure newly enrolled customers are set up for success.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to maintain call records and produce territory reporting on competition, marketing, and pricing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales managing the full sales cycle (outbound cold calls, lead generation, product demos, and closing).
  • Experience selling in a transactional, fast-paced sales environment is strongly preferred.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Must live within commuting distance of the office in Bee Cave, TX (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 1 day remote).
