What you will do

  • Own executive-level relationships with Dealer Principals and General Managers to align solutions with dealership growth goals.
  • Lead renewal strategy, negotiation, and execution to ensure high retention and contract continuity.
  • Develop and maintain annual strategic account plans to guide engagement and prioritize revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Drive upsell and expansion revenue by identifying multi-solution adoption paths across DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product SMEs and Solution Performance Managers to ensure measurable ROI for customers.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and lead corrective action plans to mitigate churn risk.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with retention and expansion responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations including fixed ops, variable ops, CRM, and marketing.
  • Ability to travel 60–75% of the time for dealer visits.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automotive DMS, CRM, and service scheduling tools.
  • Prior leadership experience in dealership roles such as BDC, service lane, or sales management.
  • Familiarity with OEM standards and compliance requirements.
