What you will do

• Serve as a strategic FP&A partner for planning, forecasting, reporting, and departmental budgeting.
• Develop financial models and what-if scenarios to evaluate business tradeoffs and investment priorities.
• Translate operational trends and strategic initiatives into clear financial recommendations for leadership.
• Improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency through the implementation of AI and automation tools.
• Partner with senior executives to initiate solutions for emerging financial trends and critical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting FP&A or Treasury functions.
• Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and cash forecasting.
• Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Nice to have

• Postgraduate coursework or advanced degree.
• Experience with capital management specifically within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency with Oracle systems.
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulatory requirements and risk management strategies.
