Location: Remote anywhere in the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska
Salary: $129,825 – $173,150

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic FP&A partner for planning, forecasting, reporting, and departmental budgeting.
- Develop financial models and what-if scenarios to evaluate business tradeoffs and investment priorities.
- Translate operational trends and strategic initiatives into clear financial recommendations for leadership.
- Improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency through the implementation of AI and automation tools.
- Partner with senior executives to initiate solutions for emerging financial trends and critical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting FP&A or Treasury functions.
- Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and cash forecasting.
- Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
- Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Nice to have
- Postgraduate coursework or advanced degree.
- Experience with capital management specifically within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency with Oracle systems.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulatory requirements and risk management strategies.
