Salary: $113,520 - $170,280

What you will do
- Cultivate strong client relationships and expand account opportunities to drive practice growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and support pursuit strategies aligned with sector priorities.
- Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain high client satisfaction and quality standards.
- Collaborate with sector leadership to align operational priorities with business development goals.
- Partner with engineering managers to align training, development, and mentoring of talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a leadership or management position.
- Minimum 2 years of personnel or project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline and qualifying leads.
- Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
