Salary: $113,520 - $170,280

What you will do

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and expand account opportunities to drive practice growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and support pursuit strategies aligned with sector priorities.
  • Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain high client satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sector leadership to align operational priorities with business development goals.
  • Partner with engineering managers to align training, development, and mentoring of talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Minimum 2 years of personnel or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline and qualifying leads.
  • Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
