What you will do

• Direct and manage full-scale project development from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, draft proposals, and negotiate resource acquisition across departments.
• Lead continuous improvement events and perform root-cause analysis to drive sustainable corrective actions.
• Track milestones, develop progress reports, and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate with internal staffing and oversee outside vendors to ensure deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in large-scale project management, including process development and execution.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Proven ability to oversee people and processes to achieve business objectives.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and conflict management.
