• Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including organizational design, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and career development.
• Drive change management efforts to increase organizational agility and efficiency.
• Identify talent gaps and succession risks using data-informed insights.
• Champion company culture and values across all business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic business partner, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record of influencing and coaching senior leadership.
• Expertise in org design, performance management, compensation, and DEI.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
