Salary: $140,000 – $171,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic people initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, and change management support.
• Provide executive and leadership coaching, including leadership assessments and 9-box assessments for ICs.
• Manage complex employee relations and conduct HR metrics reviews to create data-driven action plans.
• Collaborate with regional teams and recruiting leaders on workforce planning and budgeting.
• Support RVPs and regional leadership teams across all people-related initiatives.
• Oversee integrations and tuck-in support for partner firms.

Requirements

• Experience driving high-leverage outcomes in operating models and leadership capability rather than transactional HR execution.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and diagnose root causes of organizational challenges.
• Strong skills in strategic problem-solving, influence, and program delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.
