What you will do

• Own the global end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, HRBP, and payroll.
• Personally lead critical hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate roles globally.
• Partner with founders on organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Build and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
• Manage global compensation, benefits, and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including EORs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-ownership HR team over time.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing international organization.
• Strong hands-on background with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries, including local entities and remote structures.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and payroll operations.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
