What you will do

• Lead the daily finishing and painting of USVs on the production floor as a working leader.
• Manage safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives while supporting and developing the team.
• Plan and execute the finishing of composite materials, including curing, cutting, grinding, sanding, and painting.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and visual inspections to identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Lead team meetings and contribute to the design review and prototyping of new products and processes.
• Oversee material handling and chemical storage processes while maintaining critical equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a painting/finishing Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager role.
• 5-10+ years of experience in boat painting/finishing or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required to comply with ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices and familiarity with OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly diagrams.
