What you will do

• Lead and manage engineering resources to support plant operations and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise the engineering team responsible for technical support of plant and machine maintenance systems.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational performance.
• Plan and execute capital projects, including equipment installation and process upgrades.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and outside consultants for specialized project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of engineering and/or maintenance management experience.
• Proven experience managing capital projects and driving process improvements.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in De Soto, KS, USA.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in paper, packaging, or printing manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
