What you will do

• Manage production workflow and delegate tasks to ensure efficient completion and adherence to ship dates.
• Track quality metrics including send-backs, rebuilds, and customer complaints to drive improvement.
• Monitor and assess daily work performance of team members, providing coaching and correction.
• Maintain training records and quality control documentation within Learn and M-Files.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for departmental tasks and perform light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support the Supervisor in staffing, hiring, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in additive manufacturing production (specifically at hirify.global).
• Must meet ITAR eligibility: U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing) and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and manipulate small objects with precision.

Nice to have

• 6+ months of experience in a Senior production role.
