What you will do

• Coordinate daily operational functions, ensuring safety and quality remain top priorities.
• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines to meet department requirements.
• Oversee in-process inspections, document data, and maintain records for process control.
• Coordinate labor and equipment activities to meet pace requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Assess training needs and provide guidance and development support for team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety rules and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in machining or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Basic computer literacy, strong communication skills, and solid math abilities.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Franklin, NH.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
