Salary: $45 - $60 per hour

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for News/Media (Journalists, Producers) and Digital Platforms and Ventures (Engineering, Product) segments.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through advanced sourcing, Boolean search, and engagement strategies.
• Partner as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs, providing talent market insights and interview guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven track record recruiting in News, Media, SaaS, or technology industries.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, and ATS platforms.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Specific experience recruiting for editorial, journalism, software engineering, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure roles.
