What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across Paid Media, Earned Media, Client Strategy, and Data & Analytics.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages designed to convert high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
  • Manage multiple sourcing priorities simultaneously in a high-growth agency environment.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience within Media, Digital Marketing, or Ad Tech.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with agency and platform ecosystems (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs).
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Lever.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship available.
