Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Own the long-term product vision for care delivery infrastructure and clinical operations tooling.
- Develop multi-quarter roadmaps balancing near-term impact with foundational investments.
- Resolve complex, ambiguous problem spaces and align clinical, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives from discovery to launch, owning metrics for patient outcomes and care team effectiveness.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to organizational rituals and hiring playbooks.
- Synthesize signals from clinical teams and AI market trends to identify white-space opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in healthcare, care delivery, or health tech.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional products from 0 to 1.
- Experience influencing organizational strategy and roadmaps at a leadership level.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate effectively with C-suite and clinical leadership.
- Experience mentoring or developing junior PMs.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with care management platforms or clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of Medicaid populations or value-based care.
- Experience with EHR integrations.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
