What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Resident Engagement capabilities in collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Drive AI-powered automation of core workflows and design GenAI capabilities such as copilots and agent-based workflows.
• Deliver successful mobile app products by applying platform best practices and optimizing user experience.
• Manage the product backlog, author user stories, and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and refinement.
• Partner with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into solutions that remove friction and expand product value.
• Support go-to-market activities by creating customer-facing materials, presentations, and webinars to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience on a successful software product.
• Experience with consumer-facing products and/or mobile applications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, and/or Accounts Payable space is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for internal and client-facing communication.
