TL;DR
Product Manager (HRTech): Building and scaling the Benefits Administration product to modernize HR processes with an accent on compliance and user experience. Focus on simplifying enrollment experiences, carrier integrations, and delivering efficient workflows for HR teams.
Location: Must be based in the US in one of the following authorized states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. Strong preference for candidates in NYC with a hybrid schedule.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and deliver product capabilities that simplify benefits administration for HR teams and employees.
- Write requirements for new features and lead initiatives from concept through launch.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Design to build scalable, intuitive solutions.
- Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to inform roadmap prioritization.
- Measure product performance and business impact through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to support growth, retention, and customer adoption.
Requirements
- Direct or indirect benefits administration experience or adjacent HR technology experience.
- Demonstrable Product Management experience building, shipping, and iterating on successful products.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) and compliance requirements.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
- Must be authorized to work and based in one of the specified US states.
