Location: Must be based in the US in one of the following authorized states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA. Strong preference for candidates in NYC with a hybrid schedule.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and deliver product capabilities that simplify benefits administration for HR teams and employees.
• Write requirements for new features and lead initiatives from concept through launch.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Design to build scalable, intuitive solutions.
• Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Measure product performance and business impact through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to support growth, retention, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• Direct or indirect benefits administration experience or adjacent HR technology experience.
• Demonstrable Product Management experience building, shipping, and iterating on successful products.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) and compliance requirements.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Must be authorized to work and based in one of the specified US states.
