TL;DR

Senior Healthcare Global Product Manager (Medical Devices): Driving commercial execution of short-term global strategy to grow market share in the ostomy market with an accent on upstream and downstream marketing. Focus on developing annual tactical plans, managing product launches, and collaborating with local business units to adopt global strategies.

Location: Based in Libertyville, IL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office weekly. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $102,000 - $161,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global ostomy strategies, including market analysis and segmentation.
  • Manage downstream marketing activities, annual plans, and tactical initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team to align digital and brand strategies.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, track spend via COUPA, and perform demand forecasting analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs and lead global segmentation and targeting initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing training, education, and product information to local business units.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a global, regional or country product or marketing management role.
  • Medical Device marketing experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Proven capability in core product marketing, including launch planning and follow-up.
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree (Marketing qualification preferred).
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
