TL;DR

Location: Based in Libertyville, IL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office weekly

Salary: $102,000 - $161,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Develop upstream marketing strategies, including segmentation, market analysis, and KOL relationship management.
  • Execute the Annual Marketing Plan and downstream tactics to grow market share and product sales.
  • Analyze sales data to derive commercial insights and inform strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate with GCX and Clinical Education teams to align digital initiatives and HCP education.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead Veeva approvals for global marketing assets and maintain the DAM system.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in global, regional, or country product or marketing management.
  • Experience in Medical Device marketing and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in core product marketing and launch planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing qualification preferred).
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in or within 40 miles of Libertyville, IL; sponsorship not provided.
