Location: Remote (USA). Territory: Mountain Desert (NV, UT, CO, NM). Expectation for field time is 4.5 days per week (up to 75% travel).
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting new business and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary account manager for MFMs, prenatal genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of prenatal testing solutions.
- Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client meetings, physician lunches, and regional conference events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a target clinician development pipeline and document interactions in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment) or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
- Experience selling into prenatal care environments, particularly to MFMs and/or Prenatal GCs, is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.
- Must be available for travel up to 75%, including some weekends and overnights.
