TL;DR
Strategic Account Manager (Medtech): Developing and executing strategies to increase testing in IDNs, large hospital systems, and Academic Medical Centers with an accent on women's health portfolios. Location: Remote (USA), must be based in the Mid-Atlantic US Region
Salary: $190,000 – $220,000 USD

What you will do
- Educate and recruit strategic accounts and lab partners to utilize the women’s health test portfolio.
- Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders including KOL physicians, Medical Directors, and Hospital Administrators.
- Develop professional relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with regional sales goals.
- Travel 50-60% of the time to manage the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably in genetics.
- At least 3 years of successful strategic sales or consulting experience in diagnostic laboratories.
- Proven track record of developing new markets, launching products, and increasing revenue.
- Must be based in the Mid-Atlantic US Region.
