What you will do
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve team quotas.
- Support the sales team in prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress assessments.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of 9 Account Executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Implement process improvements and systems to increase team efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for a 100% remote office environment.
