Location: Remote Mid-Atlantic (US), including Washington, D.C.
Salary: $280,000 - $330,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute strategic territory plans to build a robust pipeline and meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demos and proposals that clearly articulate business value to stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales cycles using solution-based approaches and the Land & Expand model to grow accounts.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Field Marketing resources to align on target accounts.
- Collaborate with AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure to drive growth opportunities through partner ecosystems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience managing complex sales processes in Data Warehousing, BI, Data Science, or AI/ML markets.
- Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models, including on-premise and SaaS hybrid solutions.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with CTOs, IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Must be based in the US (Mid-Atlantic region).

- Knowledge of graph technology or other advanced data management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard corporate productivity tools.
