TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Medtech): Driving revenue growth and expanding adoption of FedRAMP authorized interoperability solutions across the State and Local Government market with an accent on State HHS agencies and Medicaid organizations. Focus on developing strategic account plans, managing long sales cycles, and establishing trusted advisor relationships with public sector executive leadership.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Candidates must be active U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders residing in the U.S. for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.

Compensation: $145,000 - $295,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for State and Local Government agencies, specifically HHS and Medicaid organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive leadership, procurement officials, and IT leaders within the SLG ecosystem.
  • Manage and expand relationships with systems integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and strategic public sector partners.
  • Align secure cloud and digital document exchange solutions with healthcare regulations and security mandates.
  • Provide actionable market feedback to product and technology teams regarding SLG-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling into the State & Local Government (SLG) market.
  • Required experience working directly with State Health & Human Services (HHS) agencies.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions to government entities.
  • Deep understanding of FAR, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and public sector procurement processes.
  • Active U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder residing in the U.S. for 3+ consecutive years.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.

  • Experience working in both large corporations and high-growth startup environments.
  • Prior experience reporting directly to a senior executive.
