What you will do
- Build and scale the consumer insights function, defining research standards, tools, and governance.
- Lead both quantitative and qualitative research to uncover consumer attitudes, behaviors, and market opportunities.
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to inform positioning, messaging, and product experience.
- Establish durable insights infrastructure, including tracking programs and segmentation frameworks.
- Measure the impact of campaigns and product launches through brand tracking and performance analysis.
- Coach non-researchers to apply research methods independently, elevating research practice across the company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, quantitative research, or consumer science.
- Proven track record of scaling an early-stage research program in a high-ambiguity environment.
- Mastery of advanced quantitative methodologies including MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, and pricing research.
- Experience influencing strategy at the executive level in a matrixed organization.
- Fluency with research and analytics tooling across the stack.
- Must be based in the United States.
