What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of Link (one-click checkout) and Bridge (stablecoin financial infrastructure).
• Synthesize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent design strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, PMM, content design, and brand teams to facilitate alignment and delivery.
• Develop and advance scalable design systems, patterns, and components specific to your surfaces.
• Apply visual and interaction standards to diverse surfaces, from immersive event experiences to product pages.
• Use research insights and performance data to ground design decisions and advocate for users.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant design experience in web, product marketing, or brand contexts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with component-based design systems.
• Fluency with AI design tools and workflows for ideation and prototyping.
• Experience designing for CMS-driven websites with modular, scalable systems.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for financial products or developer audiences.
• Familiarity with front-end development workflows and engineering constraints.
• Experience with international audiences, multilingual surfaces, or accessibility requirements.
• Track record of advancing shared design patterns, systems, or tooling.
