Salary: $23 - $31 Hourly

What you will do

  • Perform new item setup using Item 360, Supplier One, 1 World Sync, Scintilla, and Data Sync/Retail Link.
  • Maintain item accuracy through regular updates to ensure assortments are properly built and linked.
  • Manage seasonal quotes for domestic items and coordinate with the import team for direct import quotes.
  • Collaborate with third parties to manage item setup and accuracy for Walmart.com business.
  • Assist with office operations, including PO management, office inventory, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Rogers, Arkansas
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, merchandise buying/planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using Walmart systems: Scintilla, Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, and 1 World Sync.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain high process accuracy.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and customers.
