Salary: $67,000 – $84,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to optimize organizational health and engagement.
- Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quota targets.
- Understand client business needs and pain points to drive further product adoption.
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
- Provide updates on new features and industry trends to benefit client business.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is required.
- Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
