Salary: $67,000 – $84,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to optimize organizational health and engagement.
  • Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Understand client business needs and pain points to drive further product adoption.
  • Generate referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
  • Provide updates on new features and industry trends to benefit client business.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is required.
  • Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Dental SaaS experience.
