TL;DR
Client Sales Advisor (SaaS): Managing and growing an existing customer base for B2B cloud communications services with an accent on upselling and cross-selling UCaaS and Office in the Cloud solutions. Focus on preventing churn through effective account management and delivering value-based ROI proposals to SME clients.
Location: Denver, CO (In-Office 4 days/week)
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer and partner accounts to exceed quotas.
- Manage and support a designated book of business for hosted cloud solutions.
- Identify and research growth opportunities within assigned account lists.
- Reduce churn through proactive account management and strategic problem-solving.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding teams to ensure successful client migrations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Denver, CO (Onsite 4 days/week).
- 1-3 years of successful B2B solution selling and account management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or technical school graduation.
- Proven ability to build client relationships via telephone and deliver value-based ROI.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with diligent follow-up habits.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of UCaaS services, Microsoft products, and web hosting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Aptitude for IT infrastructure, networks, and software.
