What you will do

• Drive sales of legal services and identify potential client needs
• Manage the end-to-end intake process, including initial screenings and eligibility determination
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments and follow-up visits
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM (MyCase)
• Collaborate with attorneys to conduct onboarding meetings and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm setting
• Proven skills in sales, closing, prospecting, and negotiation
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case Management systems, preferably MyCase
• Must be based in the McDonough, GA area
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
