Production Supervisor (Manufacturing): Leading day-to-day assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on safety, quality, and productivity. Focus on production ramp, process stabilization, and developing production teams to meet customer commitments.

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
  • Monitor production performance (output, cycle time, schedule adherence) and implement recovery plans to address gaps.
  • Support early-stage production ramp, focusing on the stabilization of processes and workforce output.
  • Directly supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees to reinforce standard work.
  • Enforce safety and environmental regulations while ensuring adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to resolve root causes of process and equipment issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience supporting production ramp and New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no sponsorship available.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in assembly-based manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
