What you will do

• Lead a team of 15–20 employees in a rotating shift environment to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and MSHA workplace inspections to comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage employee training, conduct competency testing, and create or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use SAP to report conditions and minimize unplanned events.
• Hold team members accountable for results regarding production, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work onsite in Quincy, Florida and maintain flexibility for rotating shifts.
• SAP experience is preferred.
