What you will do

• Manage and lead CNC maintenance union personnel across two shifts.
• Assign priorities to maintenance work orders and coordinate activities with Operations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to assess department performance and equipment utilization.
• Recommend and manage capital projects from investigation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory policies.
• Manage overtime and department inventory according to labor contracts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 5-7 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a union environment.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and preferably ERP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement environments.
