What you will do

• Drive long-term manufacturing technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) of HPP and its seamless integration into factory production environments.
• Develop and implement high-impact process improvements using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and advanced analytics.
• Chair Cross-Sector Alignment (CSA) meetings to ensure factory alignment with D&E Architects.
• Lead risk assessments for new technology integrations and champion digital transformation and smart manufacturing.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance automation, precision, and efficiency.

Requirements

• BS in a technical domain (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, etc.) with 8+ years of experience, or MS with 4+ years.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in manufacturing process development, SPC, and advanced analytics.
• Experience with high-tech manufacturing, complex assembly processes, and Engineering Change (ECN) processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP/MES systems.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Experience with robotics integration and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Capability in capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and factory layout design.
