What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations, including employees, facilities, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Lead the branch emergency response team and conduct regular safety audits.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations to staff.
• Directly supervise Tank Farm Workers and Material Handlers.
• Coordinate with outside agencies such as DOT, EPA, FDA, and DHS during inspections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (required).
• 4-6 years of proven experience in operations.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tewksbury, MA.
