What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Inventory Control Specialists and Material Analysts.
• Manage end-to-end cycle counting processes for in-house and offshore vendor locations.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accurate inventory adjustments in LN.
• Analyze cycle count reports and statistics to monitor accuracy and identify follow-up actions.
• Travel domestically and internationally to offshore vendors to perform audits and process reviews.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and inventory evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 2 years of leadership or supervision experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel formulas.
• Must be able to travel internationally to offshore vendors.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
