What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes for distribution operations.
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, including audits, reconciliations, and SAP processing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to identify trends, service errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee CAPEX planning, fixed asset tracking, and facility-related cost management.
• Create and track purchase orders while ensuring strict adherence to corporate audit policies.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or operational finance.
• Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven ability in financial analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
