What you will do

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities including product demonstrations and seminars.
• Engage daily with customers to promote the product portfolio and identify innovation needs.
• Partner with the distributor team to ensure KPI achievement and manage stock levels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to propose effective sales strategies.
• Manage sales reports and customer data using SAP CRM and SFA tools.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product development teams to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Must reside in or have experience working in Bandung or the West Java region.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree.
• At least 1 year of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in managing business targets, budgets, and portfolios.
• Proficient business level of English.
