What you will do

• Manage contract administration, lifecycle coordination, and compliance in partnership with leadership.
• Handle purchasing and fulfillment workflows, including purchase requests and vendor coordination.
• Monitor operational data for commissions, incentives, and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate accounts payable/receivable and general banking activities for the business unit.
• Oversee inventory, asset tracking, and office management for the site.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Quality teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or sales support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richfield, OH, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks software.
• Knowledge of compensation or incentive structure administration.
• Vendor Relationship Management experience.
