What you will do

  • Support the prospect process and optimize the sales lifecycle to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and pipeline tracking using Salesforce.com.
  • Project manage key sales artifacts and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the weekly pipeline planning process and manage the RFP process for prospective clients.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to guide priorities and prepare reports on potential client savings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in PBM, Pharmacy, or Health Plan domains.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Sales support.
  • Proven ability to create and execute new operational processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
