What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts, owning the end-to-end sales relationship.
- Drive revenue and profit growth through proactive opportunity identification and careful account planning.
- Maintain accurate forecasting across revenue and margin using Salesforce and internal tools.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience, achieving strong Net Promoter Scores through meaningful engagement.
- Identify, qualify and close opportunities across the enterprise portfolio, managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Work closely with product specialists and wider sales teams to design appropriate customer solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working in a sales or account management role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver against revenue or margin targets.
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills with attention to pipeline hygiene and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve the best customer outcomes.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Birmingham office.
Nice to have
- Experience within inside sales, corporate sales or technology-led environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience retaining and growing revenue within an established customer base.
- Exposure to selling connectivity, mobility, cloud or related technology solutions.
