What you will do

  • Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of 100-120 customer accounts through proactive territory planning.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities via outbound and inbound activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification and discovery to commercial proposal and signature.
  • Understand customer ecosystems and business objectives to position hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive product innovation and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience in any industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously while maintaining organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly expanding department.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
