Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office; 20% travel required

What you will do

  • Acquire and manage multi-site restaurant groups and chains through outbound activity and structured meetings.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders, including CEOs, Operations, and Marketing leaders, and present QBRs.
  • Position the platform’s value proposition at scale to align with group-wide objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and margins across single and multi-location agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to yield management and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a digital or tech-led business.
  • Experience managing territories and pipelines using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management and commercial performance levers.
  • Must be able to work on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the London office).

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Internet, digital, or tech sector.
  • Proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Hunter mindset with a drive to identify and convert new business opportunities.
