What you will do

  • Execute comprehensive outbound strategies including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers.
  • Negotiate Master Service Agreements and Volume Incentive Deals to secure placement on Approved Vendor Lists.
  • Research and profile key contacts at target agencies to establish initial connections and arrange meetings.
  • Attend industry conferences to network, identify leads, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM and outreach automation tools to manage data and track interactions accurately.
  • Run sales meetings and guide agencies through the activation process for their first campaign launch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or outbound Account Executive.
  • 2+ years of experience selling into agencies or the AdTech sector.
  • Deep understanding of the UKI market and its business environment.
  • Proven ability in research, prospect profiling, and multi-stakeholder navigation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and outbound automation tools.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
