What you will do
- Execute comprehensive outbound strategies including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers.
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements and Volume Incentive Deals to secure placement on Approved Vendor Lists.
- Research and profile key contacts at target agencies to establish initial connections and arrange meetings.
- Attend industry conferences to network, identify leads, and follow up with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM and outreach automation tools to manage data and track interactions accurately.
- Run sales meetings and guide agencies through the activation process for their first campaign launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or outbound Account Executive.
- 2+ years of experience selling into agencies or the AdTech sector.
- Deep understanding of the UKI market and its business environment.
- Proven ability in research, prospect profiling, and multi-stakeholder navigation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and outbound automation tools.
- Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
